Although Easter was when we were in Vietnam, we still managed some fun celebrations. From Easter activities around the house to a friend Easter Egg hunt and egg dying and the Easter bunny, it was a fun year!
In the weeks leading up to Easter, we spent lots of time doing some fun Easter activities around the house, including arts and crafts, alphabet Easter egg hunts, and some sensory Easter play. Cora's favorite was the Easter Eggs in the water.
A few weeks before Easter, we invited several of Emmeline's friends over (and a few of Cora's) for an Easter egg hunt and egg coloring morning. The hunt was a huge hit, and the kids enjoyed searching for the eggs in our park and grassy area of our condo. Afterward, we colored eggs, which everyone also enjoyed. Saya, who is from Japan, especially loved it, as it's a whole new tradition
Since we were in Vietnam on actual Easter, we celebrated Easter the following weekend. Emmeline was very excited for the Easter Bunny, and thoroughly enjoyed her clue scavenger hunt to find the Easter baskets.
